Phoenix Petroleum Philippines is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Taguig. #### Key Responsibilities

1. **Administrative Support:**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and external stakeholders.

2. **Data Management:**
- Assist in the management of databases and ensure documentation is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of transactions.

3. **Operational Assistance:**
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Assist in the organization of company events, meetings, and training sessions, including logistics and material preparation.

4. **Financial Administration:**
- Aid in the processing of invoices and expense reports.
- Assist with the maintenance of financial records and reports as required by the finance team.

5. **Office Management:**
- Ensure the office environment is maintained to a high standard, including ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
- Promote a culture of productivity and collaboration within the office.

6. **Project Coordination:**
- Collaborate with project teams to assist with the implementation of initiatives, ensuring timelines and project objectives are met.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and workflows.

#### Requirements

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or relevant coursework in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a corporate setting.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software and tools.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Confident in communication and decision-making.
- Hardworking, with a proactive approach to responsibilities and challenges.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality of work.
