Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
This role involves a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and coordination, requiring strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining calendars.
• Receive Statement of Account (SOA) and other billings from suppliers and service providers and endorse to Accounting Department for processing.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, such as emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory permits and licenses and ensure timely renewal to avoid potential fines, lawsuits, or legal issues.
• Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of records.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
• Assist in tracking office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
• Support department staff with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other logistical tasks.
• Collaborate with various teams to coordinate events, meetings, and projects.
• Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
