Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Ortigas & Company. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will assist with clerical tasks, maintain records, and ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Strong organizational and clerical skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues Experience in a similar role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
