Behind the Scenes: Unveiling the Role Employment type: Full time

Shift: Mon - Fri 08:30 AM - 06:00 PM daily (30 minutes paid as overtime)

Work setup: Permanent WFH

Task Mastery: Your Role in Crafting Culinary Excellence Check Diplomas attendance records (e.g., MCs, etc.) twice a week and ensure supporting documents are attached for easy reference.
Prepare and print Diplomas attendance lists and arrange Sous chef and Sanitation duties for each term upon confirmation of the name list.
Create the Faculty monthly line-up calendar and Student Line-up materials weekly.
Update the Maintenance Logbook based on the Lab and Kitchen Checklist for Operations to follow up.
Prepare/fill up the monthly Staff Lunch schedule based on the team's planning.
Add class lessons for TL3 Administration Report on a weekly basis.
Remind and follow up with instructors for their Zoom attendance screenshots as evidence for SSG during Zoom attendance/online lessons.
Compile SOTM (Staff of the Month) reports.
Handle ad-hoc tasks such as website change forms, meeting secretary duties (Faculty Line up/AHM/ABM/SDB), data entry, and logistics.
Energize the philosophy and culture of the company, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, mission, and objectives.
Ensure proposals are error-free and brand-aligned.
Maintain punctuality, tardiness, and grooming standards.

Ability to organize and effectively prioritize tasks.
Ability to multitask with various programs and learn new programs as required.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly develop working relationships.
Affable and enthusiastic attitude towards teamwork.
Savviness with the Internet/Web.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
Experience with design software/apps such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Premier, etc. would be a plus.
