QUALIFICATIONS:
* Graduate of any bachelors degree course
* Must have 3 years of experience in HR Administrative Support, Office management and reports, scheduling appointments and meeting etc.
* Must be open to work in Alabang and BGC Taguig
* Dayshift schedule
* Full time onsite work
* Can start ASAP
RESPONSIBILITIES:
GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:
o Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports, and setting up for meetings
o Manage assigned testers and office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring prompt communication
o Maintain a clean and organized office environment
o Ensure that testers follow proper office decorum and office attire requirements
SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT:
o Manage team calendars by scheduling appointments, meetings, and events between testers and organic employees
o Coordinate conference calls and meetings, both virtual and in-person.
o Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, sending reminders, and arranging meeting spaces or virtual setups and minutes.
DOCUMENT PREPARATION AND MANAGEMENT:
o Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence in a timely manner.
o Draft, format, and proofread documents such as memos, letters, and emails.
o Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems (electronic and physical).
o Coordinate office services such as maintenance, catering, and deliveries.
o Validation/Quota monitoring per tester vs test execution results vs files shared by organic team leads.
TEAM SUPPORT:
o Support department processes such as maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires, when needed
o Assist in organizing team-building activities and employee events, if any
o Address inquiries and provide general support to office staff
o Check attendance records and validate billing details
o Follow handling of vault- and test devices-related processes and ensure secrecy of confidential information
