Administrative Assistant

Details of the offer

An Administrative Assistant plays an important role in organizing, managing and keeping an office running. Responsibility includes clerical and organizational tasks like file organizing, scheduling appointments, permitting, ensuring availability of stocks for company-owned supplies, and assisting other staff members to do tasks that needs support from an Admin Assistant. He/she will act as the Liaison Officer who will be responsible in processing all the types of permits necessary for the company to fully operate.

Qualifications
-Bachelor's or College graduate of any Management related course
-At least one (1) year work experience on the same field handling the same roles and responsibilities
-Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities while on tight schedules
-Ability to work with integrity, professionalism and with confidentiality
-Time management ability
-Work with less supervision and with initiative
-Adaptable and willing to learn
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Superb organizational skills
-Good working knowledge of the following computer software: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
-Must be willing to do field works.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
