Administrative Assistant

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Collaborating with the marketing manager
- Working closely with sales and marketing department.
- Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.
- Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
- Understanding company product and brand.
- General office duties.
- Creating proposals, presentation and interpreting a variety of reports.
- Updating social media accounts.
**Qualification/Skills/Experience Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, or Marketing Management, or any related courses;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate
