Administrative Assistant For Bidding

Details of the offer

Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Develop networks towards sourcing for new clients.
- Work closely with Vice President for Sales and Marketing in order to strategize in retaining clients, and prepare bidding documents.
- Work in line with the operational procedures of the organization towards its revenue generation and sales growth goals.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure excellent client experience across all client interactions from needs assessment through delivery and follow up.
- Maintains integrity of confidential information made available to the Employee, and seeks permission prior to discussing it with other employees of the Company, regardless of any position, and/or rank.
- Perform related duties as required.
Related duties as required are duties that may not be specifically listed in the Position Description, but are within the general occupational series and responsibility level typically associated with the employee's classification of work.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Amenable to travelling to the office on a daily basis
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Arts or similar.
- Administrative experience is a plus

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
