JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- A Bachelor's/College degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or any equivalent courses is an advantage.

- FRESH GRADUATES are highly encouraged to apply. We are also open to accept OJTs.

- Proficient in use of MS Office and other related programs.

- Willing to report daily in our main office in Quezon City.

- CAN START IMMEDIATELY

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage and record all incoming and outgoing documents.

- Document administrative tasks. Maintain and manage files, hard and electronic copies.

- Perform basic clerical work, such as bookkeeping, data entry, correspondence management, and others.

- Manage office supplies, including inventory checks and requests.

- Monitoring and archive of company documents.

NOTES:

- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an onsite interview.

- 8 hour shift (8AM-5PM)
