Salary: P60,000 to P70,000 (Monthly Package) Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST) What are we looking for? Skills Required:
Previous experience in a similar administrative role, particularly within the construction industry, is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with database management systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Proactive problem-solving abilities and a demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team environment. What will you do? As an Administration Officer, you will perform general administration duties for the pre-construction team. You will also coordinate with certifiers, external contractors, and internal departments.
Lodging and Receiving CDCs: Manage the process of lodging and receiving Complying Development Certificates (CDCs), ensuring all communication and requested documents are issued to certifiers efficiently. Lodging and Receiving Preliminary Approvals: Facilitate the lodging and receiving of preliminary approvals for DA and CDC builds, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to procedural requirements. Liaising with Certifiers: Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with certifiers, and other regulatory bodies regarding complying development-related matters. This includes providing necessary documentation, and addressing enquiries or concerns in a timely manner. General Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the pre-construction team. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency within the development department. Proactively suggest and implement solutions to enhance workflow and productivity.
