Admin Support Specialist (Va)

**Job Title **:Admin Support Specialist (VA)

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and updating the Practice Management system with client details and assisting in the management of firm workflow
- Preparing various client communications including engagement letters
- Managing client ASIC obligations which can include, company incorporations, preparation of ASIC documents, and business entity set up and registration
- Preparation of group structure diagrams
- Collating and preparing financial pack requests, including preparing the e-signing bundle to be sent to the client
- Client invoicing and processing of WIP requests
- Superannuation administration, which can include Class reports, document collation, preparing draft and final packs for super funds

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative/ secretarial role supporting management in their company communications, calendar schedules, and business letters
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative to prioritise workloads
- Able to manage expectations and deliver on time
- Enthusiastic, dedicated with a team orientated approach
- Able to work through issues and be an effective problem solver
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

**Work Schedule**:

- 7am to 4pm

**Work Arrangement**:

- Hybrid (work in D&V office is voluntary or only if the client or manager in charge requires)

Schedule:
