Admin Supervisor

Prepares financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.
- Answers phone and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
- Handles basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Responsible in filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Conducts data research and prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
- Reads and analyzes incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
- Performs office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
Job Qualifications:

- Graduate of Business Administration, Management or similar course
- 1-2 year work experience as Executive Assistant
- Ability to understand instructions
- Good oral and written communication
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision making skills
- Detail
