ADMIN STAFF / PURCHASER

 

Job Responsibilities

Responsible in providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Make purchase orders for the equipments and materials needed for the projects.

Initiates, approves, and processes emergency purchases

Prepares and reviews purchase orders.

Audits invoices and checks for accuracy, receipt of material, and compliance with purchase orders.

Tracks the status of requisitions and purchase orders.

Assists with negotiating settlement complaints and resolving disputes.

Performs related work as assigned.

Qualifications

A graduate

of Marketing Management/Hotel Management or any business related courseExcellent in online Marketing

Knowledgeable in Microsoft office such as PowerPoint presentation.

Can work with a team and willingness to work in a start-up social enterprise company

Ability to track the status of multiple projects.

Ability to deal with clients in a professional manner

Experienced is an advantage

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Can work under pressure with less supervision

Strong leadership skills with a high sense of responsibility

Willing to do field work around Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao
