Admin Staff (Project Based)

Details of the offer

Bachelor's degree; courses in Office Administration/Business Management or related field preferred
- Preferred 2-year experience in office administration/accounting/secretarial/clerical work
- Attention to detail and cleanliness, typing skills, working under pressure, situational awareness;
- Good verbal and written communication in Bisaya, Tagalog, English
- Time management, multi-tasking, organization & management;
- Computer-literate; knowledge and usage of office programs (word processing, spreadsheet, etc.
);
- Proactive, discrete, focused and orderly with pleasing personality;

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
