Maintains and processes the company's licenses, certificates, clearances, registrations and other pertinent documents
- Conducts inventory of materials and supplies
- Prepares office reports
- Assists the Admin Manager in arranging equipment deliveries for work from home employees
- Ad hoc admin tasks

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years experience as Admin Staff or any related role
- College Graduate of any 4 year course
- Well-versed with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Willing to report in Mckinley Hill, Taguig City anytime soon (temporary work from home as of the moment)
