- RECORD KEEPING
- ASSISTING WITH COPYING, SCANNING, EMAILING, TRAVEL BOOKING
- ARRANGING SCHEDULE OF APPOINTMENTS PICK AND DELIVERIES
- LIASING WITH INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS AND COMMUNICATING WITH THE PUBLIC



JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- GRADUATE OF OFFICE ADMINISTRATION, BUSINESS COURSE
- 2 YRS EXPERIENCED AS ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY
- EXCELLENT IN WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- COMPUTER LITERATE
- PROFICIENCY IN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING
- KEEN IN DETAILS
