SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage calendar and scheduling.
• Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting
memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
• Handle internal and external communications, presentations and reports.
• Book travel arrangements, including lodging, transportation, and activities for
executives.
• Handle personal details of the President such as shopping, ordering gifts, scheduling
personal appointments, and maintaining household items.
• Take minutes during meetings.
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
• Organize and maintain the office filing system
• Handles insurance claimsc
