JOB DESCRIPTION:
As Admin. Staff, he/ she shall perform administrative task and expected to support multiple
executives.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage calendar and scheduling.Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting
memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
Handle internal and external communications, presentations and reports.Book travel arrangements, including lodging, transportation, and activities for
executives.
• Handle personal details of the President such as shopping, ordering gifts, scheduling
personal appointments, and maintaining household items.
Take minutes during meetings.Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.Organize and maintain the office filing systemHandles insurance claims JOB QUALIFICATIONS: College GraduateAt least 1 year experience as Admin. StaffProficient in MS Office
