Job Description:• Performs administrative and office support activities for their supervisor/s.• Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations. • Managing and distributing information within an office.• May also be in-charge of sending and receiving correspondence. • Supports the office or facilities manager in various administration duties.
