- Provides administrative support by assisting the sales team in the project listing, gross profit simulation, sales report updates, documentation, data management, and coordination. - Keep track of delivered projects for dealer/route accounts through project Outlook on a weekly basis- Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly sales reports- Aid in the monitoring of sales collections or account receivables- Maintain an accurate sales records and database of customers- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and establish working team relationship with all departmentsQUALIFICATIONS:-Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent-2 years of work experience handling admin sales function in Manufacturing or service-oriented industry-Proficient in using MS Excel
