Admin Personnel (20K-25K)

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Personnel at Best Reliable Resources PH in BGC. The Admin Personnel will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, customer service, and support in finance-related tasks on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications

Experience of at least 5 years as Admin Personal.
Great English communication skills.
Multi-tasking, work well under pressure, work well as part of a team, organized, neat, thinking and able to foresee ahead.
Experience in Business Permits: - processing, monitoring. - renewals, retirements. - occupancy permits, all necessary forms submissions.


SEC registrations.
CTC files: GIS, ITR, AFS.
Trademarks.
Other administrations duties: lease contracts.letters.affidavit etc.
Travel ad booking: flights, hotels, transportation etc.
