Admin Officer

• Overseeing the efficient operation of the commissary.
• Ensuring the proper maintenance of office facilities and equipment at commissary and all branches.
• Managing inventory, optimizing production processes, and ensuring that all products meet quality standards.
• Coordinate equipment repairs and servicing, develop maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Managing the process of obtaining permits and licenses required for business operations.
• Organize and file paperwork, records, and other documentation in a systematic manner.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility-related services.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to obtain the best value for the organization.
• Place orders for goods and services and ensure timely delivery.
