Responsibilities:Act as the primary contact point for employees, providing administrative support.Manage office requirements and ensure smooth operations of daily office activities.Coordinate janitorial, security, and building facilities management.Oversee 5S activities, staff house requirements, and building coordination (e.g., pest control, drills, meetings).Perform driving duties as needed, with responsibility for maintaining vehicle and ensuring safe transport.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support or office management.Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).Knowledgeable in janitorial and security operations.Experience in coordinating building facilities and managing staff house requirements.Familiarity with 5S activities and building maintenance processes.Possess a valid Professional Driver's License with clean driving record.Ability to drive a 4-wheel vehicle safely and responsibly.
