WORK EXPERIENCE: At least one (1) year experience of in office and administrative jobs or any related work experience; knowledge in rental management or any related work PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE: Professional Skills, administrative and clerical skills, experienced in team management NEEDED SKILLS: Good communication skills (written, spoken), intermediate - expert computer skills, keen to details, can work under pressure, good in Microsoft Offices and other office management tools NEEDED LANGUAGE: English, Filipino

Performs office support activities.

Coordinates with project teams and implementation of processes and workflows

Monitoring and completion of trackers.

Task assignment and supervision of the outcome

Other administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time

**Job Type**: Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:
