Admin Officer

Details of the offer

* Plan and coordinate all installations, refurbishments and construction.* Manage the upkeep of equipment of the facilities to meet safety standard.* Inspect Buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs and renovations* Establish and Implement maintenance strategies and protocol ensure that all facilities and equipment are fully operational and well kept.* Provide Full assistance to the ADMIN Manager* Handles documentation system or records for service report, Incident reports, Business compliance and permits, and company assets* Monitors work performed by contractors, prepares estimates of labor and material costs, contacts external contractors and trades people to obtain quotes and arranges major repair and maintenance, if needed* Create a properly documented manual of systems and processes related to facilities maintenance and operations.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or any related courses* Has an extensive work experience in all ADMIN and FACILITIES management matters* Experience working in Construction Management, Farm Management is a plus.* Competency in MS applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint* Willing to work onsite - Makati CityJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Company eventsHealth insuranceLife insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:13th month salaryLocation: Makati City
