Admin Officer

Details of the offer

* Plan and coordinate all installations, refurbishments and construction.
* Manage the upkeep of equipment of the facilities to meet safety standard.
* Inspect Buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs and renovations
* Establish and Implement maintenance strategies and protocol ensure that all facilities and equipment are fully operational and well kept.
* Provide Full assistance to the ADMIN Manager
* Handles documentation system or records for service report, Incident reports, Business compliance and permits, and company assets
* Monitors work performed by contractors, prepares estimates of labor and material costs, contacts external contractors and trades people to obtain quotes and arranges major repair and maintenance, if needed
* Create a properly documented manual of systems and processes related to facilities maintenance and operations.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or any related courses
* Has an extensive work experience in all ADMIN and FACILITIES management matters
* Experience working in Construction Management, Farm Management is a plus.
* Competency in MS applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Willing to work onsite - Makati City
