Plan and coordinate all installations, refurbishments and construction.Manage the upkeep of equipment of the facilities to meet safety standard.Inspect Buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs and renovationsEstablish and Implement maintenance strategies and protocol ensure that all facilities and equipment are fully operational and well kept.Provide Full assistance to the ADMIN ManagerHandles documentation system or records for service report, Incident reports, Business compliance and permits, and company assetsMonitors work performed by contractors, prepares estimates of labor and material costs, contacts external contractors and trades people to obtain quotes and arranges major repair and maintenance, if neededCreate a properly documented manual of systems and processes related to facilities maintenance and operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or any related coursesHas an extensive work experience in all ADMIN and FACILITIES management mattersExperience working in Construction Management, Farm Management is a plus.Competency in MS applications including Word, Excel, PowerPointWilling to work onsite - Makati City
