Job Description:

- Act as a custodian of company assets.
- Maintenance and monitoring of company assets.
- Processing of company licenses and permits.
- Manage custodians assigned in different affiliates.
- Justification of requested items for procurement.
- Negotiation and accreditation of suppliers for procurement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in any course.
- 5 years of experience as admin/liaison
- Good organization, time management and scheduling skills.
- Experiencing using office management software, including word processing software and spreadsheets.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Willingness to travel for processing documents.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
