The Admin Manager will oversee and supervise the Administrative group of the Commercial/BPO properties, ensuring effective and efficient documentation, financial management, file management, and monitoring of the operational processes of the managed properties. Additionally, the Admin Manager will assist the Property Manager in managing customer relations across all properties.

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's/College Degree in any 4-year course with at least three (3) years of experience in Office Administration.Good leadership, planning, decision-making, and analytical skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
