Details of the offer

*Remotely assist users with desktop, server, printer, and other connected device troubleshooting.
*Document all work performed through a support ticketing system and effectively track and route
incidents to the appropriate teams within IT.
*Knowledge of 0365, Active Directory and Exchange
* You'll be doing L2 IT Support

Qualifications:
*College Graduate/ Bachelors Degree
*At least 1-3 years in Technical Support
* Willing to work onsite in Libis Quezon City
