Job responsibilities:

- Maintain regional Reports
- Keep project folder updated
- Prepare bid submittals
- Prepare handover documents to Project Management and Procurement teams
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to visitors
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of working experience in data centers or similar critical environments with an emphasis on building and equipment operations.
- With data center/network builder experience.
- PMP-certified is a plus but not required.
- With available NBI clearance.
- Must be willing to work under 6 months initial contract.
**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
