Job description The Office Management Administrative Officer is responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, managing office facilities, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. This role plays a crucial role in maintaining a productive and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities: General Office Administration: Manage office mail and correspondence, including sorting and distribution. Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures. Respond to general inquiries and provide information to staff and visitors. Facility Management: Coordinate office construction, renovation, maintenance and repairs. Oversee office security measures, including access control and alarm systems. Ensure a safe and well-maintained working environment. Perform other task that may be assigned by Immediate Head Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Negotiate contracts, review invoices, and ensure cost-effective services. Document Management: Maintain organized and secure office records, files, and document
