Key responsibilities Provide general administrative and clerical support assist in resolving administrative concerns Perform data entry and scan documents Process Business Licenses and other LGU permits application and renewal Manage the day-to-day operations of facilities to ensure a safe, clean and well maintained environment Work closely with housekeeping and guards and support the implementation of company policies and procedures Process the new hired company credentials and access Perform and assist on ad hoc task Qualifications & Desired Skills Experience: 1year and above Education: Graduate/Post Graduate Exceptional customer services skills, over the phone and in person Knowledge of office management and system and procedures Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook, in Particular)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
