Admin Driver/Messenger

Must be at least 2 years College graduate, with license restriction of 1,2 up to 3, can drive motorcycle & sedan cars, with experience in messengerial, collection & bank transaction.General Responsibilities;Coordinate with superior regarding daily schedule.Assist in distribution of office supplies.Assist employees in photocopying of office forms and other documents as needed.Collect company receivables in coordination with the Finance Departmet.Responsible for the management's personal correspondence.Facilitate documentations with the following institutions.a. SEC, including research as neededb. Philhealth.c. Pag-Ibig fundd. BIRe. DOLEf. DTIg. SECh. SSSI. Local GovernmentPerforms others functions that may be assigned by superior from time to time.Pay: Php13,962.00 - Php15,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shift- OvertimeSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay**Experience**:- ADMIN DRIVER/MESSENGER: 1 year (preferred)License/Certification:- Professional driver's license (preferred)
