In this role, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the team operates smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities  Data Entry: Perform accurate and efficient data entry, ensuring records are up to date. Electronic File Management: Organize and manage files using iManage Work 10. Document Drafting: Prepare basic documents using established General Insurance precedents. Correspondence Management: Draft and send electronic communications on behalf of fee earners. Financial Support: Upload disbursements to the financial system (3E) and process expense claim forms. Travel Coordination: Arrange travel schedules and bookings for team members. Calendar Management: Manage schedules, including court orders, legislative deadlines, and client due dates.  Must-Have Qualifications  Strong organizational and administrative skills. High attention to detail and a self-motivated approach to work. Proactive mindset with the ability to use initiative. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.  Step Into the Smartsourcing Experience ??  Smartsourcing was created with one mission: to change lives.
