Admin Associate - Pasig

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
• Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
• Organizing meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders.
• Process reimbursements, payments, liquidation, and other purchasing related tasks.
• Entertain client concern and inquiries.
• Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
• Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
• Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers, vendors and service provider.
• Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
• Assists in some administrative needs of other departments as needed.
• Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stocks as necessary.
• Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stocks.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduate of any four (4) year or any business related course.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• With good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Has the ability to work across teams and across different levels.
• Entertain client concern and inquiries.
• Excellent MS Office skills.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
