Admin Associate - Pasig

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.Organizing meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders.Process reimbursements, payments, liquidation, and other purchasing related tasks.Entertain client concern and inquiries.Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers, vendors and service provider.Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.Assists in some administrative needs of other departments as needed.Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stocks as necessary.Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stocks.Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. KEY REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of any four (4) year or any business related course.Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.With good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.Has the ability to work across teams and across different levels.Entertain client concern and inquiries.Excellent MS Office skills.
