Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1- the year of experience working in Supply Chain under Telco of Fleet Management Company is an advantage/Purchasing.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Have interpersonal skills to maintain vendor relationships effectively.
- Have good Math and decision-making skills to select vendors that best fit the company's needs.
- Good communication and negotiating skills.
Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision and able to extend the time for work if needed.
- Team player and able to adapt to a different culture and working environment.

Performs Purchase and office support activities.
2.
Processing PO for the requested products/materials.
3.
Track and record purchased orders.
4.
Coordination with Project Teams, suppliers, and/or external parties.
5.
Coordinates with project teams, Implementation of process, and workflows; monitoring, and completion of trackers.
6.
Other administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Willing to work under agency and deployed here in Fiberhome
- Work Schedule M-S 8:30-5:30
