**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Four year course graduate
- Operations background is an advantage
- Has good disposition
- Has knowledge in excel, word and power point presentation
- Ability to carry out required tasks in an accurate manner
- Possess willingness to assist Store Head/ OIC's
- Strong verbal and communication skills;
- Customer service driven

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES**
- Prepares Transaction Report (Grab, Food Panda, GCash, PayMaya, Mangan) of stores for the month.
- Consolidates report submitted by the stores.
- Coordinates with the Store Heads regarding operation matters as instructed by the Operations Area Head.
- Assists Operations Area Head in monitoring incident reports and disciplinary actions.
- Maintains records of incident reports and disciplinary actions of store employees.
- Prepares correspondence as instructed by the Operations Area Head.
- Encodes items in BackOfficeV2 system for kiosks as requested.
- Records performance evaluation of store employees.
- Assists in request for signatures and approval of Operations Area Head and other Department Heads based in De Guia office.
- Assists in request for signatures and approval of stores' check payment requests, reimbursements/liquidations, purchase requisitions, job orders, and fixed asset requests.
- Computes reimbursement/liquidation of incurred expenses of the Operations Area Head and Marketing Manager.
- Receives and records incoming and outgoing transmittal of Operations Department.
- Files memos and documents of the department.
- Assist in Monitoring store activities through CCTVs as needed.
- Assists in the day to day activities of the Operations Area Head.

- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
