Admin. Assistant

As an Admin Assistant in the commissary, your role is to provide clerical and administrative support to Admin Officer I and Admin Officer II.
You will be responsible for maintaining and organizing files, inputting and updating data, and preparing and distributing reports and correspondence.
Additionally, you will facilitate communication and coordination between the commissary, branch restaurants, and suppliers, as well as assist in inventory management and procurement processes.
Your duties will also include maintaining office supplies, supporting the preparation of permits and regulatory documents, and performing general office administration tasks.
Your goal is to ensure efficient and accurate clerical operations, effective communication, and a well-organized office environment to support the smooth functioning of the commissary.
