Admin Assistant

The Admin Assistant is primarily responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of all Quality Management System-related documents.
Implement document control procedure, that is to control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments.
**Qualifications**:

- College graduate of any business course
- At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience as a document controller or any related experience in admin compliance, and certification.
- willing to be assigned in Libis Quezon City
- Must be computer literate

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
