Admin Assistant

Details of the offer

Duties & Responsibilities:
1.
Manages daily administrative tasks for the Sales department, such as but not limited to, answering customer calls, inquiries, and complaints, preparation of quotations accurately and in-timely manner, minutes of meetings, updating sales lead database etc..

2.
Office supply custodian for the sales department and ensures sales-related equipment or materials are adequate.
3.
Other tasks that the Sales Manager may assign.
Qualifications:
1.
Must be a graduate of any business-related course.
2.
At least 1-2 years of work experience in sales support management.
3.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.).
4.
Has initiative, is detail-oriented, and is highly organized.
5.
Has a positive attitude and is honest towards assigned responsibilities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to Php15,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
