Admin Assistant

Details of the offer

Prepares Sales Order (SO) based on the Purchase Order (PO) forwarded by the client or Sales Representative.
- Manage payment collection of all gained accounts efficiently.
- Check stock availability in the warehouse.
- Process low to high volume of products orders.
- Process invoices for all institutional sales transactions.
- Check that all prices and client contracts are up to date.
- Report monthly sales results to the sales team.
- Support the sales force with the general operations to help reach the team's objectives.
- Take phone call from clients and prospective customers.
- Communicate to the management of important feedback from customers/clients.
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines

**Experience**:

- Administrative Assistant: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
