Admin Assistant

Details of the offer

An Administrative Assistant, is responsible for providing administrative support to the organization.

They act as the point of contact for all employees by providing administrative support and managing their queries.
Monitoring and processing all company permits (renewal and new application).
Act as the contact person of local agencies and private companies for any concerns.
Managing office Supplies.
Communicates with the building admin for all office related concerns.
Preparing regular reports, organizing company records, answering telephone calls, replies to emails, preparing necessary reports and filing documents.
Billing and collection
Act as Pollution Control Officer (PCO)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors Degree graduate
With at least 2 years experience in Admin related tasks particularly in permitting.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
With knowledge in billing and collection.
With experience in processing permits.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
With high urgency on all matters.
Can start ASAP.
