ADMIN ASSISTANT

 

Responsibilities:
Answer phones and greet visitors

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings

Collate and distribute mail

Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents

Create and

maintain filing systems, both electronic and physicalManage accounts and perform bookkeeping

Excellent Customer Service

Qualifications:
Graduate of Business Administration or any business related course

1-2 years of clerical, or office experience

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Strong verbal and written communication skills

High degree of attention to detail


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
