Admin Assistant

Details of the offer

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare Purchase order via NetSuite (make sure to check the details)
- Receive parts DR/SI and file for billing attachment
- System Receiving receipt NetSuite
- Prepare system Quotation
- Prepare system Sales Oder, Delivery Receipt/Gate pass
- Process billing for closing and attachment of files (verifying details & problem-solving skills)
- Record, filing and archiving of documents (memo, letters, document forms and inventory tools)
- Recording of billing via system creating info

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Automotive Parts: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
