Admin Assistant

Details of the offer

Bachelor's Degree Graduate in business administration or any related course.
- Experienced in administrative jobs or any related work experience(Vehicle Industrial, Printer, Purchasing, Rentals)
- Experienced in team management

*Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills, can work under pressure
- Good at Microsoft Office and other office management tools
Task assignment and supervision of the outcome
- Coordinate with the project teams

Vehicle and Fleet
- One will handle the Vehicle audit, Vehicle master list, and Vehicle transfer work
- One will monitoring of PUVP deployment and SOA, billing, and payment process.
Also the Transportation Allowance Management.
Printer Management &Procurement Management
- Performs billing and office support activities.
- Processing of payment for the purchased products/materials.
- Track and record payment.
- Coordination with Project Teams, suppliers, and/or external parties.
- Coordinates with project teams, Implementation of processes, and workflows; monitoring and completion of trackers.
- Other administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Willing to work under agency and deployed here in Fiberhome

Working Schedule : Mon-Sat 8:30AM-5:30PM
