Admin Assistant

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Good computer literacy including solid working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and database management.
- Able to work productively in a pressurized and fast-paced environment.
- Assist in documentation and filing of records for both administration and upper management.
- Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, mailing, faxing, and filing.
- Monitors Office Supplies Inventory; prepares monthly purchase requisitions.
- In-charge of the billing and booking of plane tickets

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's Degree on Business Administration / any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good English verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and has keen attention to details.
- Amenable to work in extended hours if required by the operations

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
