Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. The role will involve a variety of administrative tasks to support the team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling documentation.
Assist in client coordination, including fieldwork for client meetings as needed.
Support bookkeeping tasks (an advantage for candidates with prior experience).
Maintain organized records and ensure efficient office operations.
Handle other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:
Proficient in both English and Bisaya
Bookkeeping experience is an advantage
Willing to do fieldwork for client meetings
Strong organizational and communication skills

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Enterprise Building, Ayala Avenue, Makati City
Job Type: Full-Time (Probationary)
