Admin Assistant
The Admin Assistant provides essential administrative support to all departments, contributing to the efficient and effective operation of various administrative functions, including HR, accounting, and IT.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study
- Good English communication skills
- 1-2 years of experience (with finance background)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Applications and Google Applications
- Willing to work in Makati
- Willing to work on Saturdays
- Immediate availability is preferred
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in material management, including materials requests for all classes, sales activities, and other company projects.
- Inventory management including office supplies and other necessities.
- Supervise all utility personnel, including the management of personnel schedules.
- Assist in vendor and supplier relations and incidental activities.
- Assist in compliance activities, including permits, licenses, and insurance.
- Prepare reports, as required by the company.
- Ensures attendance records, planning and implementing employee relations programs, and implementing company policies and procedures are processed.
- Assist in implementing collection procedures, encoding and validating payments, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Ensures resources availability and allocations
- Helps in developing preventive maintenance and back-up procedures, including schedule management, for all Learning Centers.
- Assist in addressing logistical concerns of all departments, including the management of monitoring and control systems.
- Coordinating with suppliers and vendors, including the management of monitoring and control systems.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and management of control systems needed by other departments.
- Performs other related duties, as assigned
Working schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Mondays to Saturdays
Government and Supplementary benefits:
- HMO
- 13-month salary
- Vacation and Sick Leave upon regularization
SALARY: To be determined based on credentials and performance during interview and assessments.
